Brad Carter is a talented actor, musician, and inspirational viral video star. He is currently seen on the final season of Sons Of Anarchy, played a riveting role on the first season of True Detective, has a miniseries and three movies coming up, and an album to be released soon as well. On top of all that, he is an incredibly nice guy (despite some of the roles he plays).
We spoke to Brad recently about all of the above, and you can check out the full interview here. Give him some love on the web as well.
We were very honored to have the opportunity to talk with Fabian Manzano from BOYCE AVENUE recently. We have been familiar with this talented trio for some time now, and if you haven't heard of them before then you must take a moment to become acquainted with them yourself.
With YouTube now one of the best ways for up and coming artists to promote their own music, Boyce Avenue has led the way for countless others by performing flawless covers of popular songs and drawing billions.....yes, billions of viewers to their channel. They are currently the third most viewed band on YouTube, and while their covers are truly amazing their original music is equally great. I spoke with Fabian about their beginnings, their YouTube success, touring and more.
(please note, this was recorded on a third party connection, so please bear with any static issues)

Scientist is an alternative pop duo out of Austin, TX consisting of Brandon DuBois and Jesse Schaefer. They are proud nerds to the core, but aside from that they are a couple of very talented artists. They recently released their 'World EP: Mobile Lab Remix' and debuted their music video for 'Deep Down, Soul Glow Activatur Remix' to great reviews. The minute we saw the video, we knew we had to talk to them.
I spoke with Jesse Schaefer about the EP, "The Experiment," among other things this past week. Check out the interview here, and be sure to hit them up on Facebook. You can also find the purchase link for the EP below.
We were introduced to Thadeus Gonzalez a few years back when he was with the L.A. hard rock band Electric Sister. We knew then that he had incredible talent and could be a commanding presence on stage. He has now released a solo debut album by the name of UTOPIAN SOCIETY on 09/09/14, and this is definitely a record that opens up his talent spectrum.
I spoke with Thadeus recently about his decision to become a solo artist, and the making of his solo record. Aside from being a truly nice guy, he is an artist to watch as far as we're concerned.
Los Angeles, CA…Oakland-based vocalist/songwriter Thadeus Gonzalez released his debut album, UTOPIAN SOCIETY, on September 9, 2014. The 11-track collection showcases influences from classic rock, metal, punk, and ‘90s alt.
We know Thadeus from his days as frontman for the L.A. rock band Electric Sister, a project that showcased his powerful rock vocals. This record definitely gives us more insight into his range and great songwriting capabilities. Take a listen to this single from the album, download it and share it. Go give Thadeus some love on Facebook as well.
Iranian born rocker Rob Decoup fell in love with American rock and roll at an early age, but not before experiencing the effects of war. “I remember the sirens and lights going off, my parents rushing us into the basement and the sound of a bomb landing nearby,” recalls Iranian born Rob Decoup. “Saddam was attacking. Iran was at war with Iraq. I was five years old and I had already started dreaming about coming to America someday.”
Upon relocating to Vienna in the 80's he learned English at an American School and it wasn't long before he fell in love with classic rock and roll. He has since become an accomplished musician in his own rite, and Rob took the time to chat with us about his new single 'War Hero,' and his upcoming full length album.
L.A.'s The Chimpz are set to release their self-titled EP on September 9th, and the timing couldn't be better. Chances are you've heard their music if you are a fan of shows like 'Sons of Anarchy,' Bam Margera's 'Unholy Union,' MTV's 'The Real World,' FOX sports, just to name a few. With the final season of SOA about to premiere and one of their songs being featured in episode 2, things are falling right into place. They recently released a new single from the EP titled 'California, a track that pays tribute to their home state with flare.

When it comes to tribute bands, the idea of paying homage to one of the greatest rock bands of all time must have been ominous. If you think you have heard the best Zeppelin tribute band out there, unless that band is GET THE LED OUT, you were sorely mistaken. GTLO doesn't just cover Zeppelin, they embody them on stage.
I spoke with GTLO bassist Billy Childs recently about this project, and how audiences have been responding to this true Led Zeppelin experience. Be sure to check them out online and catch them live. This is not something any Zep fan would ever want to miss!
We Gave It Hell is a progressive/metal/hardcore band out of Las Vegas, Nevada that came across our desk recently. We were instantly drawn in by their sound and knew right then we needed to talk to them. They have been described as a cross between BORN OF OSIRIS and DEFTONES, but we see much more lurking in between. Their album 'The Conditioning' is out now on iTunes, Google Play, and can be heard on Spotify. It is definitely worth a listen!
I had the chance to speak with Taylor and Parker from WGIH recently. Great guys, for sure. Be sure to give them some likes on Facebook and pick up their record. It will be a great addition to your hardcore collection.
I had the pleasure of talking with Bret Mazur, aka EPIC from CRAZYTOWN recently. The band is back with a vengeance, to say the least. They have been on the road, playing shows both in the US and in Europe to crowds who were as happy to have them back as we are. Their new single 'LEMONFACE' packs the punch that we expect from CT and we can't wait for the release of a new full length album.
I had a great chat with EPIC, and you can check out our full conversation here. Be sure to hit up their Facebook and keep your eyes open for more tour dates.
